Need EXPERT C++ programmer!

I have a one page source code in C++ that I need edited. Very simple if you are an expert, I just don't have the time to figure it out. I need this code to do 3 simple things. Should not take more than 2 paragraphs of code since 90% of it is completed. Paying $20 Cash/Check, NON NEGOTIABLE!
