HDV EDITING EXPERT ASAP (atlanta)

Need to hire an expert on working with HDV format footage (shot with a Canon Vixia) and being edited in Premiere Pro 2.0, footage needs to be slow-motioned and then exported back to camcorder in HDV (and then onto VHS) as well as burned onto DVD in the highest-possible quality format (excluding Blu-Ray). Candidate should have thorough knowledge of codecs and optimal settings to achieve highest quality result (upper fields/lower fields/deinterlacing/frame blends, etc.).

Hiring immediately, work to be done on my system at the studio using our equipment with already-edited Premiere project that looks fine on computer but now needs to be optimally exported and burned. Future work possible as well. Mostly overnight hours here, but any time is possible for qualified individual.
